Hyatt Regency Buffalo

This year’s conference is being held at the Hyatt Hotel in Buffalo.  The Conference Committee had reserved a block of room for attendees.  Many of you who are attending this year’s conference has already made your hotel reservations at the Hyatt.  Unfortunately for those who are planning on attending and have not yet made a reservation, we have been informed that the block has been completely filled.  In addition, the Hyatt is at its full capacity for the dates of the conference with the exception of Wednesday, September 25^th.

The Conference Committee is working with Visit Buffalo Niagara to solicit and secure hotel rooms within close proximity to the Hyatt and within the price range quoted for the Hyatt.

We expect this information to be available by July 30^th. We will keep you apprised of the additional rooms that may be offered and any other alternatives that may be available.
