How the calendar is organized

Each event is colour-coded by pillar:

  • Governance: Board meetings, reporting deadlines, the District Conference, Area Summits and leadership training.
  • Advocacy & Service: the 16 Days of Activism, Zonta Says NO, International Women’s Day and Rose Day, and the International Day of the Girl.
  • Digital Content: E-News issues, newsletter themes and social media campaigns.

Members-only meetings

Board, committee and club meetings are for District 4 members. Sign in with your District 4 account to see the meetings for your club and Area, and the links to join online meetings and talks.

Club Representatives and Committee Chairs can submit events once they’re signed in. The District reviews each one before it appears on the calendar.
